Carriage Barn Realty provides
many services that make your search easier, more efficient
and more fun!
First, we meet to discuss what you are looking for
and how you would use the property. (The Buyer’s
Wish List is very important!) The search begins using
all the resources available including special web sites,
the MLS service, contacts with other brokers and knowledge
of the area.
We inform you about possibilities. You may choose
to “drive by” to check out the area before
we book specific appointments.
As the search progresses, we provide you with all
the specific information that will inform you more fully:
comparative analyses, tax information, schools and other
services in the community.
When it’s time to make an offer,
we guide you through the process so you are in a competitive
and positive position.
Once the offer has been accepted, we help you select
local mortgage brokers, banks and attorneys. We also
recommend property inspectors, appraisers and others
whose assistance may be necessary.
Appointments are made at your convenience for the
inspection and any other follow through steps.
We monitor the transaction process to assure that
the necessary documents are completed and ready for
the closing. A final walk through will be arranged just
prior to the closing.
